Terms & Conditions
Hotel Check In Time is 12 PM.
Hotel Check Out Time is 10 AM.
At the time of Check-in, every individual guest staying in the hotel is required to present a valid government identity proof which mentions the residential address. In case of foreign national, valid passport along with visa is required.
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, however customers can smoke in their private balconies outside their rooms.
Pets are not allowed inside the resort premises.
Outside eatables are not allowed in the hotel.
In case any damage is done to the hotel property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking and Thalasso Beach Resort will levy damage charges as deemed fit.
Extra bed is available on requests. The cost of extra bed will be Rs. 500/-
The resort can be chartered for an exclusive wedding/celebrations or any other event. Contact resort for pricing for the same.
No charge for child below 5 years.
Breakfast is served from 8 to 10.30 a.m., lunch from 12:30 to 3:00 p.m. and dinner from 8 to 10 p.m.
Rates for fashion photography and filming are available on request.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy
If booking is cancelled 5 days prior to the check-in date, full refund will be processed. There will be 5% cancellation charges in case booking is done via website or credit/ debit card.
If cancelled within 2-4 days prior to check-in date, 50% refund will be processed.
If cancelled within 1 day/ 24 hours prior to check-in date, no refund will be processed.
